All patients should have yearly examinations. Senior pets and pets on daily medications should have biannual examinations. The doctor will complete a physical examination of the patient and will ask questions about how the patient has been doing since the last visit. During the examination all appropriate vaccinations will be given to the patient. Recommended laboratory work may be completed during the wellness visit as well.

The office has a class IV laser that stimulates cell regeneration and increases blood circulation. It strengthens muscle and tissue and can improve mobility. The laser can be used for: soft tissue trauma, back pain, arthritis, hip dysplasia, degenerative disc disease and postoperative recovery. Laser therapy is a non painful treatment, patient may feel a warm and tingling sensation. Many patients find laser therapy sessions relaxing.

We offer dog and cat boarding 365 days a year! We have separate space for dogs and cats. All dogs must be current on Bordetella, Rabies and DHPP vaccinations along with having a negative fecal within the past  2 weeks. All cats must be current on FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations along with having a negative fecal within the past 2 weeks.

Our hospital has digital radiography which allows us to use telemedicine. We send out all of our images to be read by a board certified radiologist. 

For after-hours emergency service we have partnered with VetTriage to offer
video telehealth services. The VetTriage veterinarians are available 24/7 and
will assess your pet on a live video chat for a small fee to determine if your
pet requires immediate emergency care, or simple monitoring at home until we reopen. In the event of an emergency, they will coordinate your visit to the local on-call hospital or emergency veterinary hospital.
