     Even though New York State recently lifted the mask/vaccine requirements for customers, the New York HERO Act is still in effect to protect employees. We cannot comply with the HERO act unless we continue to use curbside check-in procedures.

     There is currently a high demand for veterinary care, together with significant staffing shortages, so we are taking every measure we can to ensure we don’t have a COVID outbreak that might shut us down for a few days. If we had to close, nearby animal hospitals don’t have the capacity to care for the animals that need our services. The health of our animal patients is very important to us.
